April 2024 Meeting – Decluttering with a Smile: Humor and Happiness in Later Years

UUCA 2650 North Druid Hills Road Room #217, Atlanta, GA, United States

Decluttering with a Smile: Humor and Happiness in Later Years Jane Lomas decided to center her career around educating, equipping, and empowering seniors after helping her Mom navigate the changes she was experiencing. At 85, Ann was living by herself and doing fine until a cascade of health issues slowed her down and she needed assistance. Jane was there to help her avoid the day that life altering decisions had to be made in an urgent crisis mode. That’s her goal - to help her clients make informed decisions, take action, and make their senior years the best they can be. She equips seniors, their families, and caregivers on all topics related to aging…like housing and health care matters, transitional moves, and liquidating estates through her education initiative. Come hear about Swedish Death Cleaning and the art of decluttering. Learn how downsizing can de-stress your life and the lives of your loved ones! Jane hosts educational workshops on a variety of subjects like Aging in Place and Basics to Estate Planning. About the Speaker Jane has been in real estate for 14 years and is currently a member of the RPM Home Advisors team at Keller Williams Atlanta Midtown. It's not just about the transaction, it's managing and guiding her clients every step of the way. Jane helps families go from overwhelmed to overjoyed when it comes to big moves, delicate family issues and important real estate transactions. What do you really know about your insurance coverage? At home and at work. Join us for an intriguing and exciting overview of what’s happening in the insurance industry and how it may impact you.
